Personality: His personality is described to be "twisted and sarcastic" and has a knack for attacking directly, not even stopping to think of a battle plan. He finds them uncool and lets his bookworm of a partner Maka do it for him. He has a major obsession with cool, and the only thing that he pushes past it for is his friends and meister, since he shares strong connections with all of them. He is even willing to put his life on the line for any of them.

Background: He came from a very rich family and was forced into the fancy life at a young age. His uncaring parents and overachieving brother soon made him hate his "life of luxury" and he left home, keeping himself afloat with his piano skills. One day Maka found him and they became partners.

Soul could feel his blood boiling at this, the woman who'd caused everyone pain while she lived, especially him, was ALIVE. He clenched his fists and ran out of the room, determined to find her.
